Revealed: The Clinically Proven Condition That Keeps Most People From losing Weight

Saint Louis, Missouri

In an age where fitness and weight loss has become both a craze as well as a more than $70 billion industry in the U.S. alone, we also find ourselves with a growing epidemic of obesity. More and more people are overweight and suffering from critical health issues as a result.

Part of the problem is that much of what’s considered “common knowledge” when it comes to weight loss is rooted not in science but in myth. Countless studies have shown that excessive cardio, the lack of salt, eating certain vegetables thought to be healthy and even cutting out carbs is actually counterproductive to the body’s natural fat burning processes.

“I was firmly entrenched in the widely held concepts camp,” Former marine and fitness expert Kyle Cooper says, “I did it the established way for over 10 years until my eyes were opened by a combination of ancient Asian wisdom and the science to back it up.”

In his wildly popular and successful weight loss program, The Fat Decimator, Kyle tells a story of how a Korean medical student worked with him after he nearly died in Afghanistan looking for Osama Bin Laden.

This medical student now doctor, Samuel Pak, told Kyle that much of the western notions of fitness and weight loss were actually ineffective and even dangerous. “Sam really opened my eyes at a time when I needed it most,” Kyle continues, “Yet one big point really sticks out.”

There is a condition known as metabolic acidosis. This is a condition in which the human body cannot rid itself of food acids and fights back by creating and storing fat as a defense against these acids. During metabolic acidosis, there is nothing a person can do to lose weight no matter how hard they try, because the body is literally fighting for its very survival.

Hundreds of clinical studies have shown that metabolic acidosis is responsible for why more than 93.6% of people are unable to significantly reduce their weight. Fortunately, however, the science also indicates how to stop this process and to reverse it.

“How to prevent metabolic acidosis is the very core of what Sam and I created,” Kyle notes, “Fat Decimator is a simple program that works with the body’s natural processes rather than against them. I’ve made it my life’s mission to share this strategy and I’m humbled to know that more than 50,000 people have used it to totally transform their bodies and their lives.”

5 Fat Loss Myths

It’s world of contradiction and confusion. Particularly when the topic is Health and Fitness. It’s not your fault if you don’t believe what I’m saying. Because everyday these statements are changing. But I must say what I know to be true.

And it’s your choice whether you believe it or not. I’ll be honest with you. Everybody is unique. So, everyone’s method to achieve optimum health and fitness should be unique as well. This is where all the contradiction origins. Experts write and publish whatever they’ve got success with.

But the problem arises when they prescribe same health and fitness solution to everybody. Because, whatever they suggest, can never be applicable to all. I’ve listed up some popular beliefs that are not correct when it’s about fat loss or weight loss. You can believe me. Because as far as I know, what I’m writing is truth.

Myth-1: Cardio is better than strength training.

This statement is ages old. It is already well known to most people looking for losing weight that this is not right. There are many ways for fat loss, but not all are healthy solutions. Fat loss can never be the only solution. Keeping a good health is also essential. Follow the below guidelines to keep yourself on the right track while losing weight.

Resistance training is good. Neither too much nor too less. 3 to 4 times a week and at least 30 minutes per hour is found to be very effective. Some of the famous and effective workouts are squats, dead lifts, lunges, military presses, chins etc.

You are not going to eat low carb or low fat or high protein diet. If you are a meat eater, you don’t have to be vegetarian. You are going to eat nutritious food which suits your metabolism the best.

Water is life. You are going to drink a lot of water. The term “a lot” means no less than it’s required as per your body weight.

You must manage your stress. You can use meditation, yoga, martial arts specially Aikido, music, playing with kids. Remember, stress plays a very important role in weight loss. Once you have control over your stress level, you are ready to start losing weight.

Myth-2: You have to take Low Calorie or Low Fat Diet to lose weight.

Calorie has a role in weight loss. But this is not all. You must understand that calorie supply is mainly the job of dietary carbohydrate. When you lower your calorie intake less than a particular level, your metabolism slows down. Ultimately, your body stops burning fat. So, the energy will be supplied from burning muscles which you don’t want. You are going to concentrate on proper nutrition while keeping an eye on calorie. That’s good enough for losing fat.

Too much junk food is not healthy at all whether you are obese or not. If you are habituate to take junk food every day, reduce it. Start replacing it with healthy foods, fresh fruits, and above-ground vegetables. Start work out plan. Stop running too much as it hurts your joints and doesn’t burn much calorie. Start walking more and more in higher speed. Gym is good when you have a trainer with you.

Myth-3: Fat loss pills can boost your metabolism

Fat loss pills will increase heart rate temporarily, reduce your appetite. So you must be thinking that less appetite and less eating means fat loss. Sorry to say, you are wrong and you are bringing harm to yourself in the long run. Once you eat less below a certain level, you decrease metabolism. Eventually you are slowing down fat loss process. Also, you are soon going to be addicted to those pills.

In short, strength training, drinking enough water and eating organic nutritious foods are the only solutions to boost your metabolism.

Myth-4: Abdominal Crunches Reduce Belly Fat.

This is well known myth and I’ll be straight forward. Tummy fat is not like the fat in other parts of your body. Doing abs exercises like Crunches and Sit-Ups don’t work for losing tummy fat and building six pack abs. When you are suffering with tummy fat, crunches and sit ups will strengthen the belly muscles and will push the belly fat up. As a result, you’ll see your belly growing.

Proper nutrition and whole body work out is the only solution to losing tummy fat.

Myth-5: Losing fat from thighs can be done with Endurance Training:

To tell the truth, you’ll have to make several trial and error for this. Because earlier it worked with some and also it didn’t work with some people. So, my suggestion is try for a few months. If you see success, carry on and keep record of your success to understand the rate of fat loss from thighs.

Thighs may be fat because of hormonal imbalance. Too much oestrogen might be a reason for this. If this is the reason for you, I suggest you to seek for expert advice. A personal trainer with a proven track record can give you a good advice to get rid of fat from lower part of your body.

Clinical Research Reveals Startling News About How The Very Key To Dramatic Weight Loss Is Sitting On Your Kitchen Table At This Very Moment

Fitness expert and Korean Doctor share exciting information about how a single and all too common kitchen item is literally the key to losing as much as 7 to 10 pounds in a single week.

You’ve tried cutting out carbs… you’ve followed Atkins, Southbeach and the TLC diet… you’ve worn the tread off your running shoes… and yet, you’ve seen no significant weight loss or perhaps you’ve seen the weight come right back again when you take a break. This is an all too common story for most people living in western nations today.

The reasons that you’ve struggled with your weight like so many of us is because like all of us, you’ve been exposed to fitness and weight loss myths, rather than facts. Considering the weight loss industry generates more than $70 billion in the United States alone, its big business and they aren’t in a hurry to eliminate their client base.

Combining ancient Asian wisdom and modern medical research, a former marine Special Forces trainer and Korean doctor have created a simple, accurate and effective weight loss program called Fat Decimator. This system peels back the veil on weight loss by dispelling the myths and showing you the science behind how the body works and how to work in harmony with your body’s natural fat burning abilities to rapidly, safely and permanently shed unsightly and unhealthy pounds.

And what’s one of the most important keys that lies at the heart of Fat Decimator and at the heart of your weight loss trouble – salt!

Finally, independent clinical research clearly illustrates how cutting salt from your diet is actually counter-productive to weight loss and can even cause long term health risks.

Doctor Sam Pak, a specialist on internal medicine and human bio-chemistry as well as being one of the co-founders of Kyle Cooper’s Fat Decimator system explains the true relationship between salt and weight loss.

“Your body uses salt for a variety of reasons. Among these is that salt helps balance the PH levels of your stomach acid, allowing you to more easily break down foods for efficient digestion. By robbing your body of salt, you not only reduce the amount of nutrients your lower GI is absorbing, you’re also preventing the body from breaking down certain acids that are dangerous to the rest of the body.”

Doctor Pak continues, “When you don’t break these acids down, your body begins to create and store more fat as a defense against these harmful acids. Your body enters a state known as metabolic acidosis. I liken it to leaving a pot of stew on the stove. Over time, the food begins to rot. This is exactly what happens in the human body as a result of a lack of salt. No matter how hard you work, you’ll simply create more fat deposits and erode muscle tissue.”

Eating the right amount of salt is just one critical component in your weight loss journey. In their program, Fat Decimator, Doctor Pak and Kyle Cooper explain exactly how this works and how certain fruits and vegetables thought to be healthy also contain dangerous amino acids that are harming your body. The system also discusses the need for carbs, how to exercise properly and a variety of other techniques that have delivered remarkable results to over 50,000 regular people just like you.

In his presentation, Kyle talks about how he met Doctor Pak and how they worked to create the system. He also explains how that very system literally saved the lives of a woman in her early 40’s who was facing her own demise from heart disease.

“Sharon’s story has inspired many folks,” Kyle notes, “Including me. My chance meeting with her and watching her turn her life completely around in a matter of a month showed me that sharing this information was what the good lord really wanted me to do.”

Everything contained in The Fat Decimator System is backed by hard science. Even Sharon Monroe’s miraculous change was tested by experts at John’s Hopkins who confirmed that her health had indeed improved and that she’d actually turned back the clock of age.

The Fat Decimator System gives you the power to boost your body’s own metabolic processes, improve your digestion, enhance your ability to fight disease all while delivering astonishing weight loss results. While no one can guarantee another’s results, testimonials from thousands have clearly shown that losing 7 pounds per week is a moderate goal if the system is followed to the letter.

Enthusiastic users:

David W. of Clarksville, Maryland tried the system as a last resort. He reported that after losing 5 pounds his first week, he went on to lose a total of 47 and has never felt better in his life.

Susan G. of Houston, TX lost a total of 34 pounds in a single month. She was thrilled to say that none of her clothes would fit and that she was once again able to fit into the size 8’s she’d been saving for years.

Fat Decimator is a simple step by step process that doesn’t require starving yourself, grueling workouts, crazy pills or supplements or expensive exercise gadgets that don’t work. It’s an all-natural, scientifically proven program that delivers amazing results to those who follow it.
